Vanilla visa 都不行，要那种visa 自己发行的才行。OD好像只卖vanilla.

You mean Visa prepaid cards? Could you please name some? I open Bluebird
account, but cannot find any Vanailla reload card available for credit
card purchase. What options do I have to load credit-card generated money
into Bluebird?
