If calling the reconsider department of Barclay, one of the excuses they use
to turn down is:
no more new accounts is permitted within 6 months since last successful
application.
BTW, 3 hard pull for reconsideration for Barclay.

I think you need an instant approval to get the card. otherwise, you may be
turned down even if trying reconsideration.

nope, you can manually update your karma profile and hard pull will be
instantly updated. I did the same thing two weeks ago when I applied for
NFL 40k.. The hard pull was already reported on karma two mins after my
application

我去年申请nfl的时候也是紧接在两张新卡之后，instant了。上个月刚跳了白金和biz
金卡，本以为这次希望也很大，结果都review一个礼拜了。
anyway，再con一下，沾点仙气希望能过。
