快要拿到下家的offer了，但是他们的HR说他家办H1B transfer要6-8个星期，但是我现
在公司的律师和我说快的话，文件准备和寄出只要最多2个星期。我有可能让下家的HR
部门加速么？我可以帮着做些paper work if in need,有经验的前辈能否给点建议？谢

Tried at Cashier today, and it was rejected. My checking account was OK;
however , there appeared to be 2 pending transcations although I only input
my pin for charnging once.
Will never do it at Cashier's again.

it depends on the altitude of the big boss (who is also the boss of HR). If
big boss takes your case as top priority, it can be done in 1 week.
Otherwise, HR will just take the holiday break first, and will not start
touching your case until next year, in that case 6-8 weeks is reasonable.
