事实上是可以的。
We will pay up to the actual amount charged to Your Account for the product
for which a Loss is claimed, but not to exceed $10,000.

客服对iphone5合约机的解释是能管，但只管合约机价格那个数额

信用卡的各种服务，还真的没用过，一点都不懂，除了折腾那点积分。

当然有关系。这种保修是让你去修然后给你报销，上限是你出的那部分钱。比如你花
199刀买了iphone，修花了300刀，也只陪199刀。

这个问题的出处是,国内只要持有牡丹白金卡,不管是不是用来购米机票都有人生保险
但是只有购买机票或者一定比例的团费,才能享受不便险,其他很多卡就算用来reward
ticket的费用和税也全部承保.

for contract phone (iphone 199.99 etc). if your screen cracked. you will
have to pay 200+ to replace. Amex will only pay you 199.99 for purchase
protection(brought within 90 days). Otherwise they won't pay you a dime.
FYI, they also cover liability. so if you also carry phone protection (typ
6.99 per month). you will need to pay 199.99 liability for replacement. amex
will cover 199.99(max)
the thing is, amex don't care how much you need to repair. they will pay you
the max(the amount you pay with card, their max limit ?300?)
to lz question.
same rules apply to extended warranty.

have to pay 200+ to replace. Amex will only pay you 199.99 for purchase
