2011 年搞过，看到新政策是1年后还可以，所以就又搞了一次，可一直没有里程到账，
问fidelity后回复如下。所以劝同学们下，如果上次搞没有符合要求，就别折腾了。
After further review your account, we show prior promotional offers
registered for the account in 2011 did not meet holding period requirements.
All promotional offers require customers to meet minimum balance
requirements for a specified period of time. We show in September and
December of 2011, your account registered and received United Airlines and
Delta Skymiles, respectively. We show deposits were made; however, were
immediately withdrawn breaking the terms and conditions agreed upon when
registering for these offers. This is not the intended purpose of the offers

fidelity is notorious for 算旧账，这个公司非常小心眼。

Fidelity算旧账
Before 2012, it seems people churning and recycling $100K and had gotten
several 50K miles (you were given 50K Delta and 50K United miles), and
Fidelity 算旧账 now.
For Those who deposited in last December or Jan 2013, now 6 months have
passed, have anyone withdrawn and miles still safe(or been taken back)?
I sold all stocks last month but only earned a few thousand $$ (I was too
conservative, considering index gained about 10% in past 4 months), and it's
too high to buy now anyway (to my standard). Now the money are idle for
over a month.
