昨天吃饭买单同时纷纷扔卡 其中一人的freedom是visa signature的 我就问他是不是
从老卡transfer过来的他说不是

我猜是取決於額度吧，但是沒有 freedom 不確定
UA 就是額度低於 5000，Visa；5000 以上 visa signature

現在 freedom 是不是已經沒有 master card 版本了，找了一圈沒找到。master card
官網也沒有

visa卡，5000以上美国的是signature，亚太区叫infiniti，5000以下的各家银行叫法
不一样，有platinum，plus各种
mastercard，5000以上的是world elite或者world，5000以下各家银行叫法不一样。
amex discover不管信用度多少都一样。

my Freedom is not visa signature (not sure what kind it is, regular, gold or
platinum) and cl also 10000.
Visa signature is a new thing coming out 7 years ago or so, because platinum
was the highest when I was still a student in US.

当时特意申的mastercard 没想到这就是绝版了。。。

I had one freedom visa signature card which may come from:
a. a freedom card applied in 2007 (10%)
b. from a WAMU credit card (90%)
which i can't remember
This visa signature freedom card was changed to visa card with the new
renewal a couple of months ago, and now it seems freedom will get rid of "
visa signature" soon

I guess it might be Chase wants to distinguish Visa signature from Visa as
they do have different benefits. In the future, at least for the Chase brand
, credit line over 5000 might not be the factor to determine visa signature
at all. Instead, Chase might promote a product line with emphasis on Visa
Signature.
