From which point do we have this benefit?
1. after card approval.
2. after account setup (b/f card received).
2. after card activation.
3. others.
I need to book an award ticket asap, but haven't received the card yet. Can
anyone give me some hints?

sorry about the confusion. not able to type Chinese now.
What I meant was when I would be eligible for this benefit. Let's say, I am
not having the credit card now but going to redeem an award ticket, may I
still get the 10% after the mile-redemption?

Unfortunately this offer is only good for AA platinum credit card holders.
Why not ask CITI CSR for more info?
