在POS机上怎么冲也充不进去,一直显示decline,结果回到家却莫名其妙收到bluebird发
来充值成功的消息.不知道这儿的POS机在搞什么...

BB的游戏结束了，本来我们这里3个walmart，只有一个walmart的机器可以用，还有一
个常年都是closed不让用，还有一个更本就没有机器。

找cashier就是找死啊，拿着GC去柜台，柜台一眼就看出来，直接拒绝了

there is not ATM in our local store. I always ask cashiers for help...
don't show the gc to them, just told them you are using debit card...

Last night, ask the clerk at money center to load my $500 visa GC to BB,
again, very smooth. The moneypass ATM, as usual, was not working (the
screens show a Windows system prompt asking for login.)
BTW, confirmed what people've been saying that Kroger visa GC is "NP". Just
Aug 30(or 31?), my purchase of visa GC still got 500 fuel points, too bad.
Looks like will better buy CVS vanilla from now on.
