我的个人经验是拿不到, 后来问客服打发了50$

原来有gold, 申请BCP没有拿到任何开户奖励. 写信去要只给了50$, 理由是开户奖励给
新人.

here's the story i could think of
U used 150 link to apply for bcp, and maybe because of system glitch, the
system didn't regognize it and didn't give you 150 bonus automatically.
When you complained to CSR, CSR can't see that you have clicked through 150
link due to the same system glitch.According to their protocol, CSR just
gave you 50 bonus to make you feel better. It's like "okay, give you 50
dollars, and u can shut up" thing
Basically, I feel your case is just a reflection of system glitch

条款不同吧。我找到另外一个offer，那个条款是只要12个月不是这种卡的用户就行。
最早看到的确实是不给原有AMEX的用户。
