今天去walmart加BB,money center里面的小二看见我手里的vanilla，赶忙说we are
not allowed to load this kind of debit card.
赶紧出去到cashier的地方排队，那里的小二看不见俺们手里的卡，成功load。哈哈。

Walmart's policy is: debit card, not gift card
If you tell them what you have is a visa GIFT card, they should not let you
load if they are doing what they are told/trained.

vanilla什么时候可以加blue bird了？

I told the guy it's debit card with PIN, she just repeated "We are not
allowed to load this kind of debit card." So definitely she knew the trick.
