Interesting.
JPMorgan Chase is involved in the scandal of sending "consultation fee" to
premier Wen's daughter, and is cooporating with a US government inquiry. And
so this could be why they anted up the scrutiny on Chinese related account
activity to avoid potential charge of collusion with money laudering for
corrupt Chinese officials.
