沒問題的，過去一個星期經已經用 citi 買了 6000 了
citi 是出了名的好脾氣，風險比 amex 和 chase 小

first, I don't do that because it is too much work, but I don't think there
is a problem with it, BlueBird has record of white 香草, no any record of
citi
credit card, why BB can pay other credit card, but can't pay citi card?

yes, citi may know you bought VR, but this doesn't matter you pay citi with
or without BB.
