哈哈，没经历过就不觉得。 我一直都用cc在cvs直接load serve,一分钱费用也没有。
wmt又远，机器长期坏。

The one sure way to kill BB MSer is for Walmart clerks to strictly enforce

我们这已有walmart明确不能用gc load BB了；要是那ATM机器也做出限制的话，那绝对
要放弃BB了

不能用gc load BB is already a walmart明确 policy, the problem is enforcement
. unless hard code computer system to demand clerks to manually enter last
4 digit of debit card and check ID, there will always be stores that don't
care whether yours is a debit card or VGC.
