这个offer唯一的难度在于5个payments啊：
请问付信用卡账单算bill payment吗？如果算的话，有单次最低额度吗？
如果我一张卡欠$1000，我分5次pay，每次pay $200，这样算5次payments吗？

to be safe, pay 5 different credit cards
no minimum

申请好几天了，页面说会有人48小时内联系我，但也一直没有联系，不过看信用卡好像
1k已经扣掉了。它是直接会把卡寄过来吗？
