EB2 140pending 已经4个半月了也不知道什么时候会有消息
现在做H1B transfer可以么？律师说可以，但是要求原来的公司不能withdraw 140。
怎么跟旧公司说保留140申请啊？如果已经离职后140批了还能跟公司要140 approval
的copy么？

H-1B transfer跟140是两码事；140就是批了，旧公司也可以要求撤销。

会出现在你的account home, 否则即使你升级了也拿不到开卡点数

As in my case,I got the 50k last month by using the link.
I was not targeted.

There are a couple of different links out there in one of the old post.
Dig it out and there should be at least one link still works. I got mine
upgraded <2 months ago and got the 50k already.
Also, it is said that your HH card should be 1 year old for you to upgrade.

Is your account 1 yr old?
There is a saying that it has to be longer than 1 yr.
Also, different links probably work differently.
I had a hard time finding one work for mine. Others were all saying either
the offer is no longer there, or system error etc.

我的账户里能看到升级，但是我卡才四个月，怎么回事？这个升级必须再满足消费要求
才给50k是吗？我怎么记得以前看到说的点数比50k多呢，谁能回答下我，给包子

you can't upgrade yet thanks to the CARD regulations
there is a spending requirement for this upgrade offer
75,000 pts if you apply for a new Surpass card
