I try 4X500 (two BB account)on kiosk, the last one didn't go through. Need
to switch to CS counter to finish loading. I think hardcoded the 4th one
because I've encountered this situation twice.
I also try to load 2X500 at checkout cashier, the 2nd got blocked too. I
think they are strengthening their system to make this thing harder and
harder.

然后过半小时，继续load毫无压力的 （当然前提是这段时间没其他人充值）
