我都是第一天load， 所以现在是 一个月 rolling month， 时间是对的。
而且我另外一个 business 帐号也没有monthly limit, 应该从今天开始有的。 所以我

btw, my wife's paypal account and mine were limited after about 4 month of
reload / withdraw use. :P
Those accounts will be closed after 180 days.
Luckily, we don't have any $$$ in those accounts.
