红鸟的唯一好处是可以credit card reload。 但是在target没有5%的credit card阿？
想拿4%以上的cash back还是的old blue先买VGC， 然后去target load， right？

是的,但是问题是越来越少的地可以用CC 买VGC 了,大部份人主要是为了满足开卡BONUS

每个月额外5000的cc spend。 就算2%cash back, 也有100刀一个月。 对于我这种常在
target购物的， 很方便， 何况还有5% target本身的降价

this one is prepaid redcard not debit card. works well for both CC and GC

can target accept Vanilla VGC or OneVanilla to load 红鸟? If so, it would
be a big incentive for me, because OV is very easy to buy at big quantity,
but not so for USBank or Metabank VGC.
