这个是可以累积里程的。
想象一下3-1以后，我的理解是，UA按照机票价格累积可兑换里程，你出个140k商务往
返国内，amex帮你买的时候原价可能几千刀甚至上万。就算白板*5以后你可以累积的UA
里程又是好几万....就是不知道买后的票按照什么舱位，估计是最低价的舱位吧。
好在只限定biz而且是target，否则amex要被搞破产的。

amount of revenue ticket price first and then get credit by Amex? If so,
there's some risk here.

那就是多了这个累积里程，不知道能累积多少
amex估计跟ua aa有协议吧，肯定不会按原价给你买票的
