I was looking to purchase visa gift cards from Kroger in order to earn MR.
I found the following sentences from the offer terms.
Eligible purchases are purchases for goods and services minus returns and
other credits. Eligible purchases do NOT include fees or interest charges,
balance transfers, cash advances, purchases of travelers checks, purchases
or reloading of prepaid cards, or purchases of other cash equivalents.
Additional terms and restrictions apply.
It seems that VGCs are excluded. Does anyone get 2X MR points from VGCs in
Kroger by using PRG? Thank you!
