避什么税？用你妈名字买，你lose all tax bebefit . mortgage intereat tax
deductible. property tax offset your tax, but add back when calculating AMT .

去branch开。我见过的几个banker都只要code本身。
不是所有的coupon都有纸质的原件的。有些就是chase直接email给customer的，你抄到

I'm looking for pros and cons of this, so far it sounds like no pros at all?
