Paid a couple of years annual fee, never got retention offer previously.
Just called to close it.
Finally converted to Freedom. (already have one for many years).

能转成freedom挺好，每年拿5%的category真心不错

Should be two Freedoms after I receive the new card.
Maybe it is useful for GAS and Grocery quarters.

I did not mention I already have one Freedom when the lady said it could
change product to regular CS or Freedom. Then I said ok to Freedom.

Need find a place to buy VGC or MGC, otherwise not very useful since there
are other cards for restaurant, gas, travel.

你这CSP转成freedom, 原account一直算开着没法churn.
点数是churn出来的，不是花钱花出来的

新手请教是不是最好交一次年费再关比较好呢？据说开几个月拿到点数就关的容易惹毛
银行，不知道是不是对。

不是说上次拿 BONUS后24后月后就可以啊，这都已经转成别的卡了，还不行？

it's still the same account. Look at your freedom card #, its the same # as
your old CSP.

true, but you cannot have a currently opened account.

card number一样不代表是同一个账户。
每人的每种卡对应的有账户，但是那个账户号码只在银行内部用。换卡之后虽然卡号没
变，但是对应的帐户变了。
如果卡丢失或者被盗用被换卡，卡号变了，但是对应的账户不变。

新的FREEDOM是否是一样的卡号，等拿到手才知道。
但是客服说现在ONLINE ACCOUNT里面，那张CSP会显示CLOSED，然后会出现一张新的
FREEDOM卡。目前一切都还没有变，CSP也还没有显示CLOSED。

卡号是一样的。

确定能够 CHURN，那太好了，就这样不管它了。
其实转个FREEDOM估计最后可能也用不上。家里LD也有FREEDOM卡，以前也只有买菜那个
季度5%能用满。

Update:
CHASE这个骗子，一个星期后，网上账户里面显示这个卡还开着，还是CSP。
刚打电话，说CHANGE TO FREEDOM NOT COMPLETED，AND DO NOT KNOW WHY。
这次直接关了拉倒，清净了。

这是为啥啊。。。好意思说do not know why？
不过他家客服很烂，我发secure message chase一个星期都不回。。。。
昨天还教我一个巨烂的招，我就不说了，还是什么senior specialist

他要说我已经有一张FREEDOM，不能再转的话，那也是个说法。可是竟然说DO NOT KNOW
WHY，然后说要不转REGULAR SAPPHIRE试试。
