自己作了下小白鼠，got the $20 promotion bonus。Amazon Payments worked as DD
for T-Mobiel Money Visa Prepaid Card.

楼主，我是好几个月前收到这个email，以为是必须转成TM的用户，所以没理
看你现在只DD也拿到bonus了，所以不知道这个promotion是否有deadline呢？我是不是
之前已经错过拿不到了呢？

有deadline，但很长，75 days：
$20 credit offer subject to change. Limit 1 credit per eligible account.
Complete two direct deposits of $100 or more, each within 75 days of
activating your personalized card, and a $20 credit will be applied to your
T-Mobile Card account within 15 days of your second deposit.
