主要是回国的时候用的卡。经常看到大家说可以把discover当银联使用，可是discover
是有境外消费手续费的是不是？然后最近申请的US Airways的卡说是0% foreign
transaction fee，我就糊涂了，到底回国应该用哪个卡呢？烦请大拿解惑！谢谢！

discover没有foreign transaction fee。没有foreign transaction fee的卡都能用..
.如果商家肯收的话。discover收的地方最多。

discover不仅没有境外费，还没有DCC
回国还是很牛的
MC单标的卡，回国应该会要DCC吧，有人说你可以跟结账小二说按当地货币结算，不过
不是每次都能真的按当地货币结算，还有的小二根本没操作过这种情况，弄错的
感觉还是discover保险些，只是discover有些地方不认，不给刷

主要是国内好多商家没有外卡POS机，但discover可以当银联内卡刷。如果是大商家有
外卡POS机，那刷任何没有费的VISA和MASTER都可以了。

什么叫外卡pos机，国内结算都是银联

谢谢上面所有的回复，虽然我还是没明白DCC是啥，但是知道了原来discover是没有手
续费的，那就简单了，就用discover！

discover回国确实很好用，我这试过多家超市、711、路边小饭店等，统统直接刷无障
碍。

a financial service in which credit card holders, when making a payment in a
foreign country, have the cost of a transaction converted to their home
currency at the point of sale. Though it allows customers to see the exact
amount their card will be charged, expressed in their home currency, the
exchange rate is generally less favorable than that offered through their
credit card company.[1] The DCC exchange rate would incorporate the foreign
exchange rate charged by the credit card company, in addition to a fee paid
to the merchant and that retained by the DCC operator. However, the credit
card company may charge an additional fee for charges made outside the card
holder's home country, though the charge appears to have been made in the
home currency under DCC.
