刚刚试了，好像一定要有paypal account才可以用ebay gc。然后create了一个paypal
account之后，告诉我不能付款。

怎么试都不行，paypal帐号可以用，都到最后一步confirm了，给我这个error：
We are not able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this
time. Please return to the merchant's website and try using a different
payment method (if available).

我以前在别的地方遇到过这种问题，一般就是paypal账号有问题了。

This error prompt appears to me occasionally when I buy too many discounted
gc in a short time span
in ur case it's probably because it is a newly registered paypal account
which needs further verification to remove restrictions? Try to add multiple
payment methods, checkout w your credit/debit for a couple times and see

in ur case it's probably because it is a newly registered paypal account

paypal或者ebay的问题。以我自己经验来说账户太新，信用卡没认证，触发了安全机制
或者买gc太多都可能会这句话。paypal非常恶心，不告诉具体为什么。网上四五年前就
有一堆人report这个bug，到现在也没有答复也没有修复这个bug，可能他们看来这不是
bug。打电话也没用，paypal说是ebay的问题，ebay说找paypal。真难怪ebay会裁员几
千人
