之前biz gold搞了一次saks offer, 这次申了platinum又有一个saks offer, 然而MR

this 100,000 offer that has lifetime restriction language would indeed
disqualify me
but the targeted 50,000 AMEX offer in my online account does not have this
restriction
here they are talking about targeted biz PLT AMEX offer without 12 month
waiting period. mine is not common because it is personal version
