added to card this morning. Bought a $45 gift membership in store at
customer service
2 hours ago. So far no congratulation email from Amex yet.

没有email有可能拿到credit的，等几天看看

简单的就在那行字的上面写上你要祝福的couple的名字，然后那行字下面署上你的名字
就好。

some store passes mechandise purchased (or category of mechandise) to credit
card networks... not sure if sams shares it with amex...
I know macys sends category to amex, you can actually see it from amex
website..
