PayPal没有干过任何什么充值的坏事就是用来跟一个ebay的中国商家rmb换美元（它想
把美元回流我支付宝换美元）。
收到PayPal让我update invoice和tracking number。我解释是friends的交易，PayPal
还是permanently limited my account。而且我之前买的ebay gift card也不能用了
（不是用PayPal买的在超市买的 link了PayPal Account而已）。联系PayPal 它们说
forfeit了。
现在突然发现我对这个流氓公司吞我的钱无能为力啊不能dispute信用卡因为也不是
卖eBay gc的超市的错。我除了威胁PayPal要告他还能怎么办？

eBay用gc必须走PayPal。就算给别人用，它会显示linked to other account 不让用。
而link的account被他永久冻结了还不让申诉。说是由于一些reason that they
cannot tell me， they think my account are unsafe。冻结我账户我没意见，反正
我也不想和PayPal打交道了，但凭什么forfeit我在其他地方买的eBay gc？
我觉得eBay和PayPal分家只是给了一个互相推诿责任的借口。

我违反了什么协议？我通过PayPal转钱就像支付宝转钱一样。我又不是ebay买卖东西
逃避手续费。
我说他流氓不是说他他封我账号他有权不提供服务，再说我也无所谓反正，我也想不
和PayPal打交道了。但他凭什么forfeit我的eBay gc？
以后PayPal任意封别人的账号不让申诉然后forfeit所有的gc好了。无本万利的赚钱
方法啊

问题是这个条款是eBay的条款我ebay账号没有问题的可以走不通过PayPal的信用卡支
付。PayPal认为我unsafe 所以forfeit了我的eBay gc？PayPal和eBay不是分家了吗？

是对方给我send money的我支付宝给他转rmb。他一般是通过friends，但偶尔是通过
goods （说是怕PayPal封账号）
我其实不纠结PayPal封我账号的封就封了我可以不用。他提供的服务他也有权收回
。我只是shocked到他可以forfeit我在其他地方买的eBay gc。好奇问一句这eBay gc
不算我的个人财产吗？
我有个朋友通过chase国内转钱首先被关checking后然后一张酒店的信用卡（具体不
知道那张）也被关了。关之前还都把积分兑成cash还给他了。这不才是正确的服务态度
吗。

我没玩eBay 就是上次kroger ebay打8折买了100刀gc。损失倒不是很大只是可能被美
国其他商家的服务态度宠坏了，最大不了信用卡 dispute。第一次看到PayPal这种有
点shocked到。

permanently limited account不就是一生黑了吗？钱不多，也没想过要回来，以后也
不会和PayPal打交道了，敬而远之。
就是被PayPal恶心到了，又找不到方法还回去。打算BBB一下。

我之前联系过eBay呀他们一开始说paypal的事他们管不了最后给个linked到我ebay
account的promotion code。问题是用promotion code我还是得走自己PayPal。新开个
PayPal 我觉得PayPal会根据同一个eBay账号马上黑了我。

to sum it up:
ebay gc is under T&C of ebay
your ebay gc fund is frozen because paypal closed your paypal account
paypal can't forfeit your ebay gc balance no matter what, only ebay can
contact or fight with paypal to have your gc fund back

俺更冤也是跟神医交易paypal被关关了之后原先在ebay买的东西寄丢了卖家退款退
回到已经被关的paypal 是ebay giftcard的形式结果近500刀就掉到黑洞里了怎么都
要不出来

ebay or paypal might be stricter than others or handle things more heavy
handed, but they still have rules to follow and so do you
use your accounts "as intended" then you shall be OK
other than daily deals, make other buy/sell transactions
there is money to be made so doing away with ebay/paypal is your loss

这是PayPal给我的答复他们是可以forfeit的。当然你也可以说是冻结因为balance还
在只是永远不能用而已

refundable and the use of an eBay gift card requires a working PayPal
account. If you are unable to resolve the limitation on your PayPal account,
then any remaining gift card balance would be forfeited.
这哪是我unable to resolve the limitation。是他们说limitation是final
decision 拒绝申诉。

One possible way to use the eBay gc is to find one seller one ebay who
doesnt accept PayPal, so you can use eBay gc to finish the payment. But it
is extremely difficult to find such sellers.

这个case和我情况很相近我去仔细研究一下
http://www.aspkin.com/forums/paypal-limited/29780-paypal-perman 我之前查到的是这个case 他各种给eBay和PayPal president VP都发过信。PayPal一个manager联系她说账号没啥问题可以重新开PayPal 最后appeal还是被拒绝了。
