元旦用ink plus在officemax官网上买了一把办公椅，网上买店里拿的那种，结果本月
账单出来只算了1%，发信让客服调整，结果客服把我拒了。

不知道是不是chase最近改政策了，把officemax踢出office supply的类型了吗？

谢谢建议。online portal吗，我记不清了，好像我是通过upromise连上officemax的。
ink的自身的5% bonus和用哪一个portal也会有关系吗？

谢谢信息。纠正了就好。但我那个客服还坚持自己是对的。如果officemax不算office
supply那还有啥店能算，况且我买的还是正宗的办公用品。
