病人来信：
Received disc thank you.Nero9 loaded 73%.Used Nero cleaner downloaded from
there site and tried again but still loaded only 73%. Parts that have loaded
are useable but would like to know what I am missing? Cannot find any
listed problem for the XP pro 64 operating software I am using.
Do you have any advise?

impossible, if not completed installation, you do not even able to see Nero
in your PC

难道是盘坏了？神奇的是73%竟然可以用。
是否可以建议病人拷贝到硬盘再安装？
