从已有的经验来看（希尔顿两个版本之间的关系），应该是可以拿的，因为你升级过的
白金已经关卡了。

Amex没有任何卡可以churn吧

两个卡可以各一次，但也可能多的那个只给补差别。

My question is I upgraded once and downgraded it a year ago. Now I see
another upgrade offer would it still honor the upgrade bonus if I upgrade
again? Haven't got a surpass sign up bonus before which means I can still
get a sign up bonus when the 100k offer comes back?

能不能申请新的surpass拿开卡bonus。基本结论是：
- 如果手里还在使用surpass，就拿不到新卡的bonus

Yes you can get the upgrade offer again and again. (As long as Amex does not
notice this and shut down your card)
You cannot get the sign up offer, because you have had the card

It might be just luck but if I were LZ, I would give it a try. After
deducting the reimbursement credits, the card itself would justify more than
the portion of annual fee even without signup bonus :)

Yes I got 30000 updated bonus points from gold to platinum around 1 year ago
and closed that card 2 months ago.
