今天收到Foreign Currency Fee Ligigation Settlement Fund发的支票 18块，说是
American Express v Ross之间的一个官司。不知道大家有没有收到类似的。

0.5升的，以前是35瓶，后来改成40瓶。就买过一次，后来就断货了。我在costco和sam
's club已经一个多月买不到了。是不是ozarka出事了？

I also received this check. This is from a class action suit against Visa,
etc. that lasted for years. I am glad it finally got settled. So this is
fine to cash. From what I read, the AmEx suit is on top of this. The
claimants of the settled suit get automatically entered into the AmEx suit
unless they opt out.
