订了3天点数房，当天计划有变不想住了。
网页上说checkin时间是3pm，于是在2pm左右网上cancel reservation，以为起码会扣
一天的点，没想到直接把所有点数都退了，厚道。
仅供参考。

没啥新鲜的，只要是当天６ｐｍ前ｃａｎｃｅｌ都是全额退点数。

totally depend on each hotel's policy

The check-in time has NOTHING to do with the cancellation deadline! In LZ's
case I am pretty much sure the specific hotel allows cancellation until 6PM
same day of arrival. So in other words, the hotel did no extra favor to LZ
other than simply honoring their own cancellation policy.

Though it is often the case that hotels would allow penalty-free
cancellation the way you mentioned, it is NOT the rule. Many would require
your cancellation to happen at least 24 hrs beforehand, etc. All depend on
the specific hotels.
