I have an Amex Delta Gold, and the annual member fee is just posted. I was
wondering
(1) Can I request to convert it to no annual fee Blue Everyday?
(2) If yes, will this be treated as opening a new card? (我想省着名额去开其
他卡， 例如CSR）。
