大概开户三个月给的。貌似是一批一批的给

不过我发觉在收到的一本开户大册子上大概第10页的地方，有一页写着Promotion
disclosure，有写着这个code，你可以回去翻一下，有这个应该claim没问题。我再等
一段时间，如果不给，就去要。

I got similar reply after I inquired the $400 account opening bonus. I
replied them very rudely and threatened to 1. file BBB complaint; 2. close
my account immediately; if the issue is not resolved in 5 biz days.
The citi csr responded and said although he can't find the code, he has sent
a request to issue me cash bonus instead. lol

另外，还没拿到$400但已经存够30天了，可以把账户类型改成basic checking然后只保
留1500余额在账上以便免掉月费吗？
