转了att access more card，但是credit line太低了
想从别credit line limit比较高的card转一些
我记得以前是没有问题的，刚刚一个烙印接的电话，说只能request credit limit
increase
不能转了，不知道是不是真的？烙印说话都不靠谱的，想在这确认一下。

好像是这样的，citi只有申请新卡的时候可以从别的卡转credit line,现有的卡是不能
转的。至少几个月前我的经历是这样，不知道有没有变化或是有什么其它办法

yes, you can do the transfer. But you have to talk to a supervisor, and you
will be pulled another credit history report and wait for their decision.I
did it last month. The request was approved on the second day.
