阿三买家把电脑开苞后，说太大了，要return。死活不肯愿付reinstock fee。还说不
是brand new的，电话上吵了半个小时。估计是要chargeback + negative了，求神医们
指点，该如何是好，现在就full refund 她以求避免negative fb，还是死磕，等
paypal dispute decision ?
