eBay上买了一个iPad，卖家USPS邮寄出来了，状态显示周四下午“Delivered, Left
with Individual”，可是周四我一天都在家，没有人敲门阿。
而且我们的apartment是有锁的，平时不需要signature的包裹，USPS会锁起来，留一个
钥匙。需要signature的包裹，他们会进来敲门，没人会在邮箱留一个条。现在搞不明
白他们那个“Delivered, Left with Individual”是啥意思，想在网站上file claim
，说卖家没有买保险，没法claim。
发现情况后立即联系卖家了，现在还没回应，请教这种情况怎么处理呢？谢谢！

先找usps啊，他们会找的，left with individual应该是给别人了，问问周围邻居

可是我在usps网站上填“missing mail request", 好多信息我不知道，只好让ebay
seller去搞。问题ebay seller用的是“Parcel Select Lightweight”，也不知道他买
了保险，或者签名服务没有。这种要是最后找不回来，算谁的呢？谢谢！
