哥最近搞了个license to carry 证，拿着cvs, 一刷过了，系统认，回头再去另一个
cvs刷dl, 系统说已经reach了daily imit, 原来ltc 和dl是一个系统。绿卡不行，天朝
护照不行，美国护照可以，flyertalk有人搞过

$500用过以后只剩bonus $25是不是还会被盗刷？

I don't know because you can't talk to their fraud department unless they
call you. After you fax your dispute form, you just have to wait 60-90 days
to see what happens. It is a similar process like US bank, but you can talk
to US bank fraud department to get status update.

，一个batch的卡只有后四位不一样，walmart只有后两位不一样。
