我用ebay GC买一台苹果电脑。平时买东西之前用过的ebay GC会自动显示，只要打钩就
能用。这次没有出现之前用的GC，我输入GC，能apply，但是点“pay”之后就显示“
this payment option is not available”。
最后我用credit card（paypal里的link的）支付的。
我感觉很奇怪，不知道为啥会出现这种情况。是因为我用了topcashback这个入口吗？
我之前用它没有这个问题呀。

How many PayPal accounts do you have? Once the GC was used first time, it's
tighten to the PayPal account.
By the way, do you know there is any balance on the GC?

我只有一个PayPal账户。所有卡都有余额。我后来又收到邮件，说sell的账户可能
compromised了。我觉得这个可能是不让我用GC的原因。。。

用过GC的paypal账号被permanently freeze了怎么办？

现在eBay GC是和eBay账户绑定，不是跟Paypal绑定
