No. It depends on your loan agents or the banks. Different agents serves
different banks. Different banks offer different rates. Not always bigger
bank offers better rate. Mine was obtained from a local bank, which then
sold my mortgage to Chase later. In a word, SHOP for the best rate.
The qualification of the borrowers are done with a standard process (credit,
income, tax, etc.) your relationship with the bank (even if it will be your
mortgage bank) have little relation to the rate you get.

不需要存钱在那个银行。我还是蛮信任我的AGENT， 让她推荐了几家贷款银行， 然后
打电话问了问贷款利率， 最后锁定一个银行。closing cost是wire 到律师那里， 贷
款银行每月是直接从我存钱的银行扣钱。
