global entry报销是无论几张副卡，都只有1个报销机会吗？另外申请人必须是主卡持
有人或者AU吗，能用来报我孩子的申请费吗？

没有其他的地方提到每张付卡都可以有100的ge阿

you should apply for Global Entry ($100 fee) which includes TSA Precheck
you can apply for TSA Precheck alone ($85 fee) but it won't be reimbursed by
CNB

I was told actually CNB would credit the $85 TSA Precheck fee but it counts
against the $250 airline credit, so always get GE if you can
