如题， 使用amex的HSN offer,满30返10，使用的visa checout结账的，现在已经过去
了一个星期了，还没有返10刀，terms上写有“...your transaction will not
qualify if it is not made directly with the merchant. In addition, in most
cases, you may not receive the statement credit if your transaction is made
with an electronic wallet or through a third party or if the merchant uses a
mobile or wireless card reader to process it.”是使用了visa checkout的原因
吗？找客服有用没？
