网上查了一下，似乎是negative，有经验的大侠说说？
"American Express representatives informed me that you can NOT receive the
sign-up bonus if you missed it the first time around. If you fail to
complete your minimum spending you will simply never receive that credit
card’s welcome bonus."

3个月你花不够3000，你申什么信用卡。。。

好多年前传说二次开卡是可以拿到差额奖励的的，比如你第一次开plat只拿到了50k，
第二次在plat有100k的时候申请还可以match拿到50k，但是最近看到的都是说不行，只
要有过这个卡就不能再拿了

原来是玩大了
我同一时刻从不申请超过1张卡，即使一个月花够一张，也够了后再开第二张
