去年同一张cash+收到过这个apple pay的offer，完成后过了大概三个月拿到$10
credit。今天又收到，说我很久没用apple pay了，给$10让用用。
Promotion period is from May 23, 2017 through June 30, 2017. The $10
statement credit will be awarded once you make at least one $10 net purchase
(purchases minus credit and returns) during the entire promotion period.
The $10 statement credit will be applied to your Account 10-12 weeks after
the end of the promotion period. The maximum number of statement credits is
one. Your Account must remain open, have available credit and be current (no
minimum payment past due) to qualify. This offer may not apply if your
