昨晚打了几个电话，第一个是给UR，回答说他们只管租车服务，保险要问Chase。找了
上一级，回答一样。
后来给Chase打，回答说，租车保险的服务是VISA提供的，如果不是用Visa付全额，保
险是不包括的。
Google了一下，网上只有一个人说是可以的，他的话当然不敢信。

我也正准备贴这篇，哈哈~ 我打电话问过chase，对方很确定地说是cover的，而且
spouse也cover

Visa的车险，必须要持卡人作为主驾驶员，全额刷才有保险。
不信的后果自负，提供保险的是visa外包给的保险公司，和chase关系不大问chase客服
也是白扯，想试验的，保留好证据准备上法庭。

I've used my CSP ultimate rewards points to rent a car last month through
the Chase Ultimate Rewards Travel Portal.
I got hit probably at the parking lot where I was not on the scene. This
gives me scratch on the car door. I claimed to card benefit services about
the damage coverage but got rejected.
It should be covered based on what this post says. I don't know why this is
happening, could you please clarify how should I resolve this?

有道理，用chase UR点数定租车，是chase UR travel center的客服用另外的信用卡定
的。那个信用卡是不是有primary insurance鬼才知道。

这种东西没有明文规定就靠客服一张嘴也有人敢信撞了活该

客服的卡刷给其他人，那也不能cover啊是不是还得证明客服是你老婆，还得把客服加
租车合同上，出了事也得找客服报销。

你给的连接哪里有counter dp? 我只看到用卡付钱申赔，没看到有用点数付钱申赔。

这个是用CSP卡租的，不是用UR pts租的。自然有CSP卡的primary insurance来负责。

保险是chase外包出去的
而UR又是chase 独立的部门
UR管primary的话，我用freedom的UR 也可以了

说的很清楚UR必须要用相应卡的UR账户才行，你用freedom的UR当然没有Primary了

你这个逻辑显然是不通的，比如Prestige的航班延误险就是同样的情况：保险是外包的
，thankyou系统也是独立的(好像是通过connexion什么的订的)，然而即使全用TYP也是
有保险的，同样的情况用Premier定就没有。

insurance啥的也都不能用

你说的没错。但是要看到的是，如果租车出了事故，人车的损失可能是巨大的。

租车那个没有写可以用点，只写了：
“Initiate and complete the entire rental transaction using your card that
is eligible for the benefit. ”
其它像你说的price protection, purchase protection, luggage lost
luggage delay, travel delay, travel incidental insurance,都写了：
"are covered when you purchase them using your Account or
rewards points earned on your Account."
你怎么得出租车不管其它都不能用的结论的？

没读CSR guide to benefits就先不要浪费时间了。
里面绝大部分都写着用卡或者
“using rewards points associated with the Account
are eligible for this benefit”
就可以享受benefit。
租车那个没有写。
