Anybody know how to deal with this?

it looks like this is a mail-in rebate not the easy rebate they usually do

不用邮寄Rebate，直接在Staples网上Submit就行,跟以前一样。

It's fixed now.
I bought on Monday, no rebate form printed. Submitted online yesterday,
today system told me I had the correct rebate.
