不一定是坏评或则a-z 才review你的账户，新的销售账户如果销售量比较大就的话，就
有可能被review.一般是30天时间，
在这期间收到的坏评或则a-z没有超过amzon 对seller performance的要求就可以，一
般不要过总销售订单的1%.

有penalty,那么可不可以像普通saving一样，随时往里面加钱，或者随时提钱出来呢。

12号中午开的户，13号早上被转银行显示转给ally了，14号早上ally cd账户上的钱到
了，但不知为什么saving 上的钱不available。能看到钱，就是不available。

终于上涨啦。
有老余教程真好。
不过我没看见自己找了半天。。
然后想说我从前基本不用saving。
真的不知道saving有6个的限制。。
一鼓作气关掉重开cd再从saving转款。。。。
于是就悲剧啦。。
