今天收到ally的notice,说由于技术错误,本改soft pull的,结果弄成了hard pull了
。notice部分内容如下。这是不是把我的信用分给降低了?最近申请了一张credit
card,还买房准备贷款,这又来了一个hard pull,是不是分应该很低了,会不会影响
贷款呀?
notice中说,15号已经把hard pull改为soft pull了,这样是不是third party就看不
到有这个hard pull了?但credit还是受到了影响?我的理解对吗?谢谢。
As a commitment to quality, we continuously monitor new account openings.
Our system is coded to
perform a soft credit inquiry when we open a new account. We recently
discovered a short-term technical
issue where TransUnion, a consumer credit reporting agency, posted a hard
credit inquiry to your credit
file instead. If you participate in a credit monitoring service, you may
have received an alert about this
inquiry. It was not the result of fraud or a data breach, and there was no
improper disclosure of your
credit report as a result of the issue.
We worked with TransUnion to remediate this issue, and on December 15, 2017,
your credit report was
updated from a hard credit inquiry to soft credit inquiry. We have attached
a Q&A from TransUnion
addressing some questions you may have.
