You may not purchase gift cards or use any coupon codes for your purchase, as this will disqualify your OO purchase. You may only purchase gift cards if the OO specifically applies to gift cards. Sale items and automatic discounts are eligible as long as you do not enter any codes or check any discount boxes at checkout. If you purchase sale items, please remember that you must still meet the minimum spend requirement before shipping and taxes. You may also purchase multiple items as long as you meet the minimum spend requirement on a single purchase made through the OO link provided. If you spend more than the minimum spend requirement, the rebate amount will still remain the same, and will not increase. It is ok if your purchase is off by a few cents.
OOs only apply to in-stock items. However, if you are notified your item was backordered, your rebate should not be affected. (Note, this will delay your OO credit). If part of your order was cancelled, please make a purchase through a regular non-WOWpoints offer from the OO merchant, for the amount of the item that was cancelled. For Buy.com OOs, Marketplace items offered through third-party vendors are eligible. However, you must remember to checkout at Buy.com, and you must not navigate away from Buy.com before making your purchase.
You may select to pick up your purchase in-store after you have completed your purchase online. If you choose to do so, please do not make any changes to your purchase in store. Doing so will disqualify your purchase.
Sometimes orders are split and shipped separately, and order transactions are sent to us in batches by the merchant. When this happens, an order may be initially marked as disqualified or show a portion of the amount spent until we receive the rest of the information from the merchant. If this happens, please allow a full 21 days to pass from your purchase date before contacting us to investigate.
Remember that in order to reserve an OO, you must have a credit card linked to your account. While we run the Holiday OOs (from 11/15-12/24) there will not be any limits on the number of OOs you can reserve and redeem. As with all of our OOs, please allow the merchant 21 days to confirm your purchase before you receive your rebate.
